We like to remind our patients that we cannot guarantee coverage from your dental insurance company on any procedure, our estimates are strictly an estimate based on the information provided by your insurance company. We will be happy to look into your dental policy and provide you with estimations based upon those coverage’s. However, if you are looking for the most accurate estimation, you may consider a pre-determination from your dental insurance company. Please be advised that pre-determinations typically take between 4-6 weeks to process through your insurance company and are only valid for a limited amount of time.
