I recently had two temporary crowns put on my two front teeth and of course I had to have the Novocain shots. I must confess I was totally impressed with Dr. Dan for giving me a pinch on my lip which distracted my attention from the shot to the pinch. Miraculously, this pinch was the best pinch I ever had in relieving me from the pressure/pain of the shot. I’m sure there must be a medical term for this type of procedure but all I know is “it really works.” Way to go Dr. Dan.
